Dairy-Free Pesto

This vegan pesto is packed with skin-loving nutrients like Zinc, Sulfur, and antioxidant Vitamins A & E.


Servings: 2


Ingredients: 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 cup basil, loosely packed 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast 1/4 cup pine nuts 1/2 lemon (juice) 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions:

1. Blend ingredients.

2. Add to pasta, chicken, or tofu just before serving.


Note: Pine nuts can be out-of-this-world expensive, so you can substitute pre-soaked cashews.
