Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup sesame seeds, ground
1/3 cup sunflower seeds, ground
1/4 cup Lakanto sweetener
2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1 egg
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup dairy free dark chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. natural salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300F.
Using a fork, mix together almond four, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Lakanto sweetener, unsweetened coconut shreds and natural salt in a medium sized bowl.
Mix in the egg, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
Spoon the batter onto a cooking stone or baking sheet, creating 10-12 macaroons.
Press dairy-free chocolate chips onto the top of each macaroon.
Bake for about 40 minutes. Let the macaroons cool before removing from the cooking stone or baking sheet. Enjoy!
