Keto Macaroons

Packed with healthy fats and seeds for a good dose of Vitamin E. Dairy, carb and sugar-free. Enjoy!

Ingredients:


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300F.

  2. Using a fork, mix together almond four, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, Lakanto sweetener, unsweetened coconut shreds and natural salt in a medium sized bowl.

  3. Mix in the egg, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

  4. Spoon the batter onto a cooking stone or baking sheet, creating 10-12 macaroons.

  5. Press dairy-free chocolate chips onto the top of each macaroon.

  6. Bake for about 40 minutes. Let the macaroons cool before removing from the cooking stone or baking sheet. Enjoy!
