Ingredients
1 can (400 mL) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup ground sesame seeds
1/4 cup ground sunflower seeds
3 tbsp. lemon juice (1 small lemon)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. natural salt
1/4 tsp. turmeric (optional)
2 tbsp. filtered water
Directions
Use a food processor to blend ingredients until smooth. If you have trouble blending, add up to 1/4 cup filtered water as needed. Enjoy!
