  • 2 cups fresh cilantro, stems removed (about 1 bunch)

  • 3 tbsp. lime juice (about 1 lime)

  • 1 cup unsweetened dairy-free plain yogurt

  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp. salt


Instructions:

Blend until smooth.


Makes 1.5 cups.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
